Manages Mobile Users Request running long for Disconnected Mode setups

EAM - R12.2.10

I am working on doing the setups for eAM Mobile Maintenance for Disconnected Mode following KB858915 - Appendix II.4 and running the Manages Mobile Users program. It would not allow me to enter any user names, so I entered a single responsibility that is only assigned to 3 users. It seems to be running a long time (more than 1 hour now at the time I am posting the question). Anyone have a feel for how long this should take to run?
