Treasury Dept Financial Sanctions Download Link Redirects URL

PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Image 43 PeopleTools 8.61

The URL link PeopleSoft uses to download the OFAC Financial Sanctions list has been updated by treasury.gov and now redirects to a hosted solution on Amazon web services. This is setup in an Integration Broker Node PSFT_XINBND. Per Oracle, PeopleTools does not support URL redirects. So, the file must be downloaded manually or a potential 3 party tool/API development.

Question, how is everyone downloading this file so it can be processed by PeopleSoft?
