Tax Class U01 UI-Other shows up in Review Paycheck when Exempt from SUT = Y in CO_STATETAX_TBL

Hello, we have applied tax updates 26-A, and new tax class U01 is now in our system. We have Exempt from SUT checkbox in Company State Tax Table set to Y(checked) because we are a government organization in MN. After our new run of on cycle pay calc (re-calc all), the new UI-Other tax is appearing in Review Paycheck. We are surprised by this outcome because we thought when the checkbox Exempt from SUT is checked in the State Unemployment section on the Company State Tax Table page, then the newest Unemployment tax class U01 will
