Uploading image via app results in no image when reviewed

in Primavera (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

We're recently trying to get inspectors more into the mobile app but we're seeing a slight issue. Whenever we try to upload an image as a line item (in the details we specifically made for images, not as attachment), the image seems to upload fine and we send it off for the next step, but when it gets to the next step the image isn't attached at all. We went through the proper steps of inserting new line item, filling out the fields and uploading the image then pressing save. THEN send.

We've tried with images from the gallery, files, and straight from the camera. IS there something I'm missing? A trick maybe?
