Stat Holiday rate calculation for Canadian Federally regulated employees

Hello,

I have been asked to see if there is any functionality in E1 that calculates the rate for Statutory Holidays for Federally regulated employees. There is legislation that states general holiday pay is equal to at least one-twentieth (1/20th) of the wages, excluding overtime pay, earned in the 4-week period immediately before the week in which the general holiday occurs. Those who are asking think since it is federally regulated that there should be functionality built into E1 to do this. I am not aware of anything but I am always find out things in E1 that I didn't know
