Maintenance Mobile Administration Personalizations documentation

EAM - R12.2.10 - Miantenance app version 10.3.0

Is there documentation on how it is intended to use the Maintenance Mobile Administration responsibility to set up and maintain personalizations? I am just beginning to dive in to it and setting some to Display = No and it seems to work, but once I go out and come back in again, the entry I just added is gone. Am I missing something very obvious here to be able to see what personalizations I have set on each page by responsibility?

I have run across several mentions to go to Doc ID 1923702.1, but it doesn't come up on the new MOS. Any guidance would be appreciated.
