What user id and password is being used in Monitoring Services and Repository target in oem 24ai?

New 24ai RU7 install on rhel 9.6, 19.30 cdb/pdb - My Monitoring Services and Repository target show down. In the Monitoring configuration, there is a connection description and a username and password populated.

What username is being used?

Ever other target is up and oem appears to be functioning as expected. I tried connecting to the pdb using the connect descriptor and was successful. The username is hidden ******.
