Unable to open PO_HEADER_SBP in the Application Designer

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered ✓

I am trying to open PeopleSoft delivered page PO_HEADER_SBP via Application Designer and it doesn't open and Application Designer crashes with "Out of memory" error. The machine has 128 GB memory yet the page won't open. ( PeopleTools 8.60.10 & FSCM 9.2 PUM 037)

Has anyone faced this issue with this PeopleSoft delivered subpage?
