R12 Roll Up Groups

We have a Single Custom Value Set that we use for the Account Segment for our Chart of Accounts.

This Value Set is used by 30 Different Sets of Books in multiple countries.

We are trying to Implement the Polish Solution for JPK Accounting Books File.
The business will need to have this configured immediately after R12 goes live to Report in June 2026 for the Financial Year April 2025 to March 2026.

I have been working through
Polish JPK Accounting Books File, Release 12 (Doc ID 2192544.1)

Section 5 Step 2 of the note says that we must Define Roll Up Groups.

My Question is how do I assign the Roll Up Group to the Segment Values, only for Poland and not for every entity that uses the Value Set ?
