Dialog Box from OAF

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi All -

I have a requirement for Oracle iReceivables module, where when user selects its Invoice to Pay & Click in Apply button, I want to display a Dialog Message to take confirmation on Method of Payment, if user selects Yes, then continue with standard flow & if selects no, stop the process.

I am still in primitive stages, where I am able to display the Dialog Box, however, after selection of Button, page is going into error.

Below is my code in the Controller Extension & code for the dialog box is in processFormRequest. When I am clicking on Apply Button, Dialog box comes, but as soon as I select the button, it seems page is refreshing again & processFormRequest is firing again & on second run, I can see below message coming up in Diagnostics..
