Custom Account Analysis Report Varience

Hello,

We have created custom Account Analysis report (BI report) in GL and extended access to users. Off late we are noticing report downloaded by different users with same parameter is showing a different data. User A and B down load the report. For A report is correct and matching with TB for B there is discrepancy/ incomplete report. The parameter is same. The output is excel.

Need guidance if anyone has faced such instances and what corrective action was taken. If this is report concern or user system we are unable to understand.
