Create Accounting - Asset completed with no error but records are not processed

Hi,

We are using the application version is 12.2.10. We entered retirement entries in FA for the period DEC-25, Then we ran the create accounting - Asset and its completed with out error. The output is showing that no records are processed. But when we ran the Subledger Period Close Exceptions Report for the period and the output is showing some records are unprocessed and remain the same status after many times we tried to run the create Accounting - Asset program. Please help us to resolve the issue.
