Match Exception History Tables

We're having trouble with analyzing match exception history. We implemented MECC last August. Prior to that, we've always used table AP_MTCH_EXP_DTL to view all details related to matching and exception history. But then after implementing MECC, it was our understanding we should be using table AP_MECC_DTL. Which seemed to work initially. But we're finding cases where vouchers exist on the former table but not on the latter. We thought we were supposed to use AP_MECC_DTL exclusively. But now it appears EXP_DTL is more complete…? For example, if I want to see all
