Inapplicable coupon in Xstore POS v25

Hello,

I tried so set up 2 coupons (AL100 and 12345) as follows:

The scan in Xstore is successfull, but discount is not applied. When clicking on Add Tender, the following prompt appears. Does someone know what can be the issue?
