JDE E1: P46100 from P4114

I am attempting to use P4114 that will utilize P46100 to create a WMS putaway request. Oracle documentation specifies that the version entered in P4114 processing options should be called when a form exit is used. I only see two form exits displayed from P4114, Item Search & Item Ledger. We have WMS on for the b/p with no license plating. When I run the P46100 version on it's own, a request is created and processed via subsystem using the correct version of R46171. What is the config and process for creating a putaway request using P4114? Thanks.
