Is it possible to send an automated email when moving candidates from applied to reviewed

in Human Resources and ELM - PSFT (MOSC) Question

We would like to send automated emails to applicants when the Applicant's status has been updated from Applied to Reviewed to let the applicant know that we are reviewing their application and will respond to them soon.

Is there a way to generate an automated email notification to applicants based on this type of status change?
