What is the JDE setup for Hawaii SDI to ensure that the employer covers at least 50% of the premium?

For 2025, Vertex correctly calculated a .005 rate to a max of $7.21/week as tax type I, but we are being told that the employee should not have paid more than 50% of the premium. What is the setup for this?
