The issue of a BOM header interfacing into Oracle EBS without its components

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

IMS system sends Inventory Items and BOM and Routings to Oracle through different custom programs. Inventory Items are getting processed successfully but while importing BOM, Assembly Item is getting imported and data gets defaulted at header level, but components are not getting defaulted at line level.
