Getting "Integration Interface not found." error for Web Services in GC IFB Solicitation

We’re trying to use web services for the RFB BP Type but are receiving the error: “Integration Interface not found.”
We encounter this error both when creating a record with BP line items and when attempting to update a record.
Has anyone successfully used web services for RFB BP Type and can provide guidance on how to configure or use the integration interface correctly?
