What is involved in changing from paying current to paying in arrears?
We are researching what is all involved in changing from paying current to paying in arrears for Payroll and Time & Labor. Currently, overtime and any time off (sick, vacation and personal) are paid in arrears. Regular time is paid current for all employees - exempt and non-exempt. We are all paid semi-monthly. Our initial thoughts are that we will need to pay bi-weekly instead of semi-monthly and there would be adjustments needed for the TL Rules.
Has anyone made this change? If so, would you share what you learned?
We are on 9.2 PUM 50 and PeopleTools 8.61.
