Did the actualize all and cleanup process change

So I am testing how long it will take to remove old editions and found the process seems to have changed, last time I ran actualize all and cleanup full it cleared the rows in the editions and removed them. Now the cleanup process process seems to be a job Running Jobs for CLEANUP_NON_EXIST_OBJ.

Looking at the jobs it appears to run every five minutes and deletes about 6 to 700 rows.
