Recent Peoplesoft Jan CPU changes impacting SSO

Hi Team,

As part of the CPU, a WebLogic proxy update modified the Entra ID authentication flow and introduced additional security updates within the SSO framework, including dependency-level changes across RHEL, Apache, and related sub-modules.

Following the update, we are experiencing an issue where web supplier cart items are not returning to PeopleSoft in single-server environments, while load-balanced environments are functioning correctly.
