ECC Requirements for installation

Hello,

I had couple of question about ECC installation requirements, we are on EBS r12.2.9. I am referring to KA980 document and it says the Linux versions should be one of the following:

  • Oracle Linux 8
  • Oracle Linux 7
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8 (64-bit)
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 (64-bit)

Currently we are on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9 (64-bit), can we install the ECC on our current version. Please let me know.

Our Oracle WebLogic Server is 12.2.4 but document says ECC requires 14.1.1. Can we use our current WebLogic version? or can we upgrade our EBS r12.2.9 WebLogic version from 12.2.4 to 14.1.1?
