application version from R12.2.11 to R12.2.15

We have upgraded application version from R12.2.11 to R12.2.15 and now we are facing Document sequence number is not generating from any source. we have transfered data from ap,ar, inv to gl and jv is created with document sequence number. even sequence number profile is set to site level always use. Kindly let me know if some face same issue. I raised SR but there is no solution as of now. They are just taking time as usual.
