Multiple MFA Prompts After OIC Upgrade from Gen2 to Gen3

Hi all,

I’m experiencing an issue after upgrading our OIC instance from Gen2 to Gen3 related to MFA prompts. Normally, a user should receive only one MFA request when logging in to OIC for the first time. However, in our case, Oracle is sending multiple MFA prompts (three requests) to the Oracle Auth app. After approving all three—which should have been just one—the issue repeats. Any time the session becomes idle or the user refreshes the page, Oracle again sends three MFA requests.

This incorrect behavior can even lead to account lockouts if multiple requests are triggered without user action.
