Support website is a complete disgrace, completely unusable
Is it only me that is on the verge of compeletely dropping oracle products due to the support site being now so bad that is completely useless?
Example: i need to upgrade our own Enterprise Manager, after going thru numerous jumps and errors of missing doc IDs that the official document mentions, finally stumble across the real link that is

and then you click to download and get the zip url
, that when clicked, issues an oracle error "400 Bad Request, Request Header Or Cookie Too Large"
