Checklist Not Allocating Based on Eligibility Profile (Hire Date)

The checklist allocation process based on the eligibility profile is not working as expected. We have configured the eligibility profile using Hire Date (for example, employees hired after January 1, 2026 should be eligible and the checklist should apply to them). However, the checklist is still not being allocated to employees hired after January 1, 2026, even though no actions were included in the checklist. Please investigate why the checklist is not being assigned to the eligible employees.
