Has PeopleSoft Payables delivered an automated alert to let Users know a Paycycle is not finalized?

We created a process to alert certain Users when a paycycle was not finalized.

I do not believe at the time we did this that there was any delivered functionality to do this.

Has any functionality been added/delivered that will now do this? We are on PeopleSoft Version 9.2 Image 50.
