Tuition Reimbursement configuration missing in DEMO?

I went to explore the new Tuition Reimbursement feature in our DEMO environment (PUM 54, PT 8.62.06). Previously, enough configuration has been available to understand delivered functionality, however, it appears that something is missing this time. The Reimbursement Type is blank. Has anyone else experienced this or did we miss something in setting up our environment?
