Request Header Or Cookie Too Large - ??

I am trying to download the AHF (TFA and ORACHK/EXACHK)(Patch:Linux x86-64) software and keep getting the following error: 400 bad request Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

This is not the first time I get this error from Oracle - not only from the patches but from links inside documents too.

A rather tiresome situation.

What can I do?
