Tables layout is still bad

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

I read that the tables layout across the KB notes should now be fixed:

However this is what the tables in KA988 still look like:

Sure I can zoom out to get a full layout but then the text is too small to be readable

Why is it so hard for Oracle to fix this problem? If you need to manually fix each table in each note it means that the framework used to provide the new MOS is poorly designed. is this one of your "edge cases" or is it just Redwood being a mess overall?
