Unable to uncheck the Maintainable check box for an asset

We have closed all the work orders related to the asset and attempted to uncheck the Maintainable checkbox. However, the system is throwing an error stating that there is an open work request or work order.

We identified one old work request that was cancelled. Could this be preventing us from inactivating the asset?

Please advise on the appropriate action to take regarding this work request.
