Is there a way to include a 6.25% state tax at the lease level and carryforward when generating inv?

Illinois implemented a change in tax law (Public Act 103-0592) requiring sales tax to be collected on the lease or rental of tangible personal property (TPP). Under this new system, lessors must collect sales tax on each lease payment, rather than paying tax upfront when they purchase the equipment. Is there a way to include a 6.25% state tax at the lease level?
