how to update RAC Dataguard database compatible parameter from 12.1.0.2.0 to 19.3.0.0

Hi People,

i just need a help i need to move a database from one kit to another for which we need to update a compatible parameter from 12.1.0.2.0 to 19.3.0.0

Its a RAC 2 node cluster with dataguard setup so

do we do Primary, and then Standby ?  Can we do Standby first ?  Can we have Primary with one value, and Standby at a higher value ? or do we have to do both at the same time

any help would we appriciated
