Is there a DATABASE RELEASE UPDATE 19.30.0.0.0(REL-JAN260130) for IBM AIX 64bit?

Through My Oracle Support, previously I could acces the list of RUs and CPUs and download the ones I need for my platform. Is that option still available?

Now when I enter My Oracle Support I only see information about the service requests.
