Patching with autoupgrade on windows fails

Hi

I'm struggling with this.
I would like to update an 19.3 to 19.27

Config File is like this;
global.global_log_dir=P:\app\oracle\autoupgrade\log
patch1.source_home=P:\app\oracle\product\19.3c\home1
patch1.target_home=P:\app\oracle\product\19.27c\home2
patch1.sid=TEST1
patch1.download=no
patch1.folder=P:\patch
patch1.patch=RU:19.27,OPATCH
global.keystore=P:\app\oracle\autoupgrade\keystore
patch1.wincredential=P:\app\oracle\autoupgrade\credential
atch1.delete_credential_file=false

The service is running as Domain user.

Autoupgrade crashes with:

DATABASE NAME: TEST1
CAUSE: ERROR at Line 4 in [Buffer]
REASON: ORA-27040: file create error, unable to create file
