After apply the 19.30 Jan CPU MMON_SLAVE generating trace files every 10 minutes

We run Oracle Enterprise RDBMS on Windows 2022 server. Since applying the 19.30 patches in 3 separate environments, 2 of my servers are seeing trace files from MMON_SLAVE every 5 to 15 minutes with "kewrfop: Phase not prepared, skip flushing phase" messages.
There is no entry in the alert log, no growth in the sysaux space, and no increase in archiving. Just these small *M### trace files. 251 trace files since applying the patches in 3 days.
Is anyone else seeing these and does anyone have any suggestions to fix it supposing it needs fixing.
