Issue with User accessing P6 thick client on new device.
We have one user using P6 thick client since past 4 months. They have received a new device and we have installed P6 on it. Whenever they try to access P6 thick client an error related to 'Sign-on policy denies access' is received.
We have not changed their access or altered any roles in active directory or P6 Admin. Any ideas how to resolve this error ? Also a note that they are able to access P6 using their old device since the new device is showing this error. Any inputs on this issue please.
