Budgetary control fund check for Inventory warehouse for POETA

Do we have any budgetary control fund check for Inventory warehouse-cost management that are project relevant? like as we do have for purchasing and others. what compensating control do we have if we cannot have budget check. We need something either whether it's reporting or some type of notification, some type of communicating back to our departments.
