How to configrure a LRT with a non DID range and a default entry for all E164 numbers

I'd like to create a LRT which

  • allows non E164 ranges with a next-hop of a specific SAG
  • all possible E164 number to another SAG
  • 911 / 9911 / 933 / 9933 to the same SAG as in number 2
