I can no longer see the database in the list of databases while applying Change Packages. It appears that the database went down y'day and it has been removed from Change Assistant configuration. I have performed the cleanup steps for Change Assistant but no luck. I am thinking I need to do clean up + recrawl but I am not able to find the steps. Can someone guide me to the correct document ?

I am on windows 2019 and PeopleTools 8.60
