Resource Management: How does table RS_SRCH_HDR table get populated?

Hi

I am busy setting up Resource Management. On Page RS_SEARCH_CONFIG (Setup Fin > Common Defn > Resource Search > Search Config) there are 2 Search Types (RSFSR & RSRSR) which need to be configured. On that page it is not possible to add them - only to configure them. I have combed through PeopleBooks but have found no information on how these two Search Types are added in the System. The table which contains their definition is RS_SRCH_HDR. I have also searched in App Designer where this table and Search Types (RSFSR & RSRSR) are
