Instalment plans on previously disputed / Part credited invoices - AR

We had raised an issue regarding the inability to set up an instalment plan (i.e., break lines) on an invoice that has either had a dispute raised against it or has received a partial credit.

Our Collections teams need to be able to set up instalment plans on aged debt, and it is possible that at some point a dispute may have been raised on the relevant invoice or account. Therefore, it is crucial that we can still create instalment plans so that the debt can be categorized and managed correctly.

Could you please confirm if this is now possible
