SEC menu missing UBE

Hi, I face error when providing security to UBE|VER.

We created 4 UBE VERs within project 1 and created his UBE within another project 2. build and deploy fine, no problems, the 4 UBE VERs appear OK on the web, but when we create the security point for the UBE VERSION, I get the following error:

Did the UBE and the four UBE VER files have to be within the same project? Did the UBE require a template? Did it require prior check-in/check-out?
