Installing 19c Database on RHEL 9.7

Hello
We are installing Oracle 19c Database on Red Hat Enterprise Linux release 9.7
We know we need to download

  1. Oracle 19.3 - 19.3.0.0.0 Oracle Database gold image. (LINUX.X64_193000_db_home.zip)
    https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/oracle19c-linux-downloads.html
  2. OPatch utility version 12.2.0.1.40 or later from My Oracle Support patch 6880880 by selecting the 19.0.0.0.0 release.
  3. Oracle 19c DB RU 19.28 - We need to have the database on 19.28 as our other databases are on same release
    p37960098_190000_Linux-x86-64.zip

So the steps would be

unzip the 19.3 Oracle to Oracle home
copy the latest OPatch for 19c onto that oracle home
unzip the 19.28 RU patch lets say under -> /u01/staging/RU1928/37960098
