missing UBE spec in Fat

Hi,

We deployed an update package to the DV and PY server UBE and UBE|VER (didn't deploy in FAT client) and then add the new task from the FAT client, using Solution Explorer without issue.

However, when deploying the same update package to the PD server UBE and UBE|VER (didn't deploy in FAT client) and then adding the same new task from the FAT using Solution Explorer, we received the error "That version of the report was not installed." to resolve it we did a GET object spec of UBE and UBE|VER.

How is it possible that DV and PY didn't require to do GET the UBE spec , but PD did require to do GET the UBE spec to create the task correctly?
