Oracle Communication session Delivery Manager and Report Manager Installation and configuration

We are deploying the SDM version 9.0.4 on top of we are deploying the Report Manager BI publisher 12c. We are following the attached documents for the installation. In the document(rpm_90_installation_19c) I do have two questions.

  1. On page number 40(Register BI Publisher in Session Delivery Manager) step number 3 : Ensure that you have your product plugin installed.

Question: Please confirm which product plugin need to be installed.

2. On page number 46(Reset the OCSREMDW User Password)

Question : We are trying to set the password for OCSREMDW user and ORACLE_Home path by running the command ./setup.sh on root user of SDM server but i'm getting below error message and I don't even see the path to check the logs. Please assist on this.
