Is EOM snapshot recovery possible?

in Acme Packet (MOSC) Question

Hi folks,

has anyone ever tried to backup and recover EOM Mediation engine server from a Vmware snapshot?

I see that it's not mentioned in Backup & Restore Guide and was just wondering if it works in any way.

I assume there could be some database related issues. On the other hand, we could accept e.g. some lost call data if that is the worst scenario.
