Is there any way to define a conditional formating to a grid cell

in Web/Portal Technologies - JDE1 (MOSC) Question

In JDE E1 is it possible to add conditional formatting logic to specific cells in grid? I am aware I can use Grid Format UDO to set a different color for an entire row, however this is not associated to the cell value of each row.
