OPATCH_PATCH_UPDATE_JOB OEM job delivers wrong opatch database version

in Enterprise Manager Generic (MOSC) Question

Is there a way to modify the OEM configuration such that it delivers opatch for Database version 19c?

Currently the job only delivers opatch for Database version 12c to the Software Library?

We only have 19c database targets in OEM.

Refresh from oracle job runs successfully and em_catalog is current.

Output from the job:
